OSferion Biomaterial Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, President: Manabu Ishikawa, hereinafter referred to as OSB) and Japan Tissue Engineering Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Kazuto Yamada, hereinafter referred to as J-TEC) have entered into a business alliance agreement to promote a treatment option for osteoarthritis of the knee that combines regenerative medicine and osteotomy. The two companies will begin mutual product development and joint promotions from August 2026.
